  1. We accept exchanges or issue store credits for products returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

 

  1. To initiate an exchange or request a store credit, please contact our customer service team at SWBCandles@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

 

  1. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

 

  1. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued for future use.

 

  1. Store credits have no expiration date and can be used towards the purchase of any available products.

 

  1. Refunds will not be issued for returned items; only exchanges or store credits will be provided.

 

  1. Custom orders and personalized products are not eligible for exchanges or store credits unless they are defective or damaged.

 

  1. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or store credit request if the returned product does not meet the conditions outlined in these terms.
